ABOUT YOGAWORKS
Yogaworks was launched in 1999 in a response to Sarah March D’Angelo’s desire to escape the rat race and help people prepare for the Aquarian Age.
The first ten years were spent teaching Hatha yoga in health clubs, and to private, corporate and prenatal clients. Then, in 2005, she discovered kundalini yoga with the help of the Sky and Karam Kriya schools.
Yogi Bhajan defines it as the “unitive discipline of the power of awareness and the potential in each individual.”
It is a strong, direct and quick practice, practical enough for the modern day household.
Yogaworks classes, workshops and retreats include (but do not mix) elements of both hatha and kundalini yoga, to deliver, in a Kentish setting, for all levels of student, an antedote to the challenges of today’s society.
Sarah is a member of the KYTA (Kundalini Teachers’ Association), GTC and NUT. She has a PGCE in Secondary French and BA(Hons) in Humanities.
